MPower is located at 1933 E 7th Street in the heart of Elizabeth.
You’ll find us inside the Shops on East 7th — all the way at the end, next to Menya Ramen. -
we offer 90 minute validation for the parking lot in front of the studio. keep in mind that the main lot can get extremely busy, especially during the evenings & on weekends. please allow extra time for parking, especially if it is your first class.
if there is no parking in the main lot, we suggest that you park on the streets surrounding the studio (clement ave or e 8th st)
we do not offer validation for the parking garage across the street or the parking lot at pecan pointe shopping center.

While often compared to Pilates, Lagree is a completely different method!!
Lagree uses a spring-based machine — but that’s where the similarities end. The movements are rooted in strength training, with exercises like lunges, squats, planks, and upper body work performed slowly and with control.
The goal is to build muscular endurance through constant tension and intentional effort.

the late cancellation window is 12 hours. reservations cancelled within 12 hours of class time will result in a $20 late cancel fee + a loss of credit. “no-showing” class will also result in a $20 fee + loss of credit.

members & returning clients: we have a 5 minute grace period for late arrivals, but after 5 minutes, entry will no longer be permitted. this is to maximize safety & minimize disruption for the rest of class attendees.
first timers: if it is your first time at mpower or you are bringing a first timer friend, we do not allow late entry for first timers in order to prioritize safety. please be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the front desk, sign any outstanding waivers & receive a machine demo before class begins! even if it is your 100th class, your first time friends still need to arrive early so please tell them to prepare accordingly!

yes!!! mpower will be an excellent addition to your fitness routine. it’s low-impact nature & slow movements will improve muscular endurance & enhance all other types of exercise you’re already doing!
