what to expect:

At Mpower, our 50 minute lagree classes are designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time.

think: slow, controlled strength training on the megaformer, paired with constant tension, core engagement, & just enough intensity to leave you shaking.

here’s what to expect:

  • 47-48 minutes of low impact, muscle building work - targeting core, glutes, arms & more through slow, intentional movements.

  • 2-3 minutes to stretch, reset & cool down before you walk out feeling stronger than when you walked in.

every class is designed to challenge you, meet you where you are, and push you just beyond it. if you’re looking for a workout that builds strength, improves endurance, & delivers that signature shake, you’re in the right place.

how to prepare:

  • arrive early: first timers must be in the studio 10 minutes before the start of class (no late entries for your own safety!) give yourself extra time for parking so that you can enjoy your first class stress free!

  • grip socks are required in order to participate in class. don’t have a pair? we have plenty for purchase at the studio.

  • bring the basics: water + sweat towel, we’ll take it from there!
